Mario Valentino offers a 14-day return window for items in their original, un-worn condition with all designer tags attached. We strive to ensure your luxury shopping experience is seamless from purchase to potential return.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Mario Valentino packaging and include the completed return form inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided pre-paid shipping label to the exterior of the package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
